About Me

With years of experience coaching rugby and football, as well as playing at a high level, I’m deeply passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals.

Having personally experienced the challenges of fitness, including a journey from 145 kg to 100 kg, I understand what it takes to overcome obstacles and stay committed. After setbacks and injuries during university, I now focus on maintaining a healthier, more balanced lifestyle with sports-specific and functional training, tailored to support my current goals and achievements.
