About Me

As a professionally trained dancer and former gymnast, my practice is dedicated to understanding the body in movement. My dance training gives me an insight into postural form and alignment, which is essential for progressive strength training and injury prevention. 

In our sessions you can expect a completely tailored programme for your specific goals, and I will focus on proper technique within traditional strength and conditioning methods, as well as challenging you using more unique approaches from my background and specialties to help you create a more resilient and confident self.
