About Me

I believe exercise should always be enjoyable, not a punishment. My goal is to help you achieve your goals through tailored, fun, & effective sessions designed to suit your individual needs. Whether you're aiming to get stronger, fitter, or just feel better in your day-to-day life, I’m here to support you every step of the way. With a background in Physiology & a passion for endurance sports like cycling, I love working with everyone from beginners to experienced athletes, using a science-backed approach to enhance performance & help prevent injuries. 

Having grown up thinking I wasn't 'sporty' so exercise wasn't for me, I've now realised firstly: that exercise is for ALL, & secondly: the huge impact exercise can have on mental health. Exercise has transformed my own wellbeing, & I know it can do the same for you.
