About Me
For years, I believed I wasn't naturally "sporty" and that exercise wasn't for me. Now, I know that exercise is for everyone, and I've experienced first-hand the positive impact it can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.
As a Personal Trainer with a background in Physiology, I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals through enjoyable, tailored, and effective training. Whether you want to get stronger, improve your fitness, boost your confidence, or simply feel better in everyday life, I'll support you every step of the way.
I work with clients of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, using an evidence-based approach to improve performance, build sustainable habits, and help prevent injuries.
