We are excited to announce a number of upgrades here at TW2 Health and Fitness Club, designed to enhance your experience including the Gym and Club Room. The FAQ’s below are to help you understand the reasons behind these changes and details of the phased roll out.
What changes are being made to the Club Room?
We are introducing a dedicated children's area, dedicated remote working spaces, more sport on TV, extended opening hours, and an enhanced menu.
Why are these upgrades being implemented?
These improvements are in response to member feedback and are designed to create a more versatile and enjoyable space that caters to a wider range of needs, including families, remote workers, and sports enthusiasts.
When will the extended opening hours begin?
The extended opening hours will commence after the refurbishment of the club room has taken place.
When will these upgrades be completed?
The club room will be closed from June 9 for up to four weeks to complete the upgrades. A formal reopening date will be announced via the club newsletter.
How will these upgrades affect my membership?
These upgrades are designed to enhance your membership experience and provide you with more value. There will be no changes to your current membership fees as a result of these improvements. In the interim the seating in the reception area will remain available.
