Entry Requirements
The offer is only available to non-members who are over-18 years of age from 12 to 23 May 2026.
1. This experience (the “Promotion“) is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) the “Promoter” or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives and members of their family or household.
2. In order to take out the experience, simply complete the form in the email you received to register your interest and a member of the team will contact you to get you started. Eligible membership is defined as an adult membership, all others will be excluded, i.e. Juniors, free passes or any other promotional membership or passes are not included.
3. New joiners must be aged 18 years or over at the time of joining. Proof of age must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 12 May 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 23 May 2026.
5. Cancellation – The £35 is non-refundable.
6. The time for the Club tour and validation of your membership card, which includes a photo, is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate the desired time, but it cannot be guaranteed.

7. Any personal information provided to us during the entry process (including but not limited to your name and the New Joiner’s name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to us.
8. We will hold all personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here Parkwood Leisure Privacy Policy.
General
9. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any new joiner whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims based on such conduct; (b) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (c) to cancel the Promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to paragraph 11 below), the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) relating to this Promotion.
11. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper conduct of the Promotion.
13. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
